1K a year Description This incumbent will work alongside engineering/maintenance, quality and production colleagues to improve existing processes and define new processes where needed.
He/she will be able to provide process expertise regarding process improvement techniques to achieve corporate objectives within the costs allowable.
Supervise and Develop ECU Production Personnel Inspect Materials, Products, or Equipment to Detect Defects or Malfunctions Maintain Operations Data Organize Workflow Read and Analyze Charts, Work Orders, and Production Schedules to Determine Production Requirements Plan and Establish Work Schedules, Assignments, and Production Sequences to Meet Production Goals Requisition Materials, Supplies, Equipment Parts, or Repair Service Confer with Management or Subordinates to Resolve Associate Problems, Complaints, or Grievances Monitor or Patrol work Area and Enforce Safety and Sanitation Regulations Daily Activities, as well as other duties as assigned:
