Responsibilities As a Parts Assistant, you will be in an essential role to provide outstanding customer satisfaction to both Doug Henry internal and external client bases.
As a Parts Assistant, you will be responsible for stocking and receiving all merchandise shipments, as well as packing shipping merchandise to send out.
As a Parts Assistant, each day will bring new opportunities, but you will always be involved in:
Actively assist customers in the resolution of any problems/ concerns, offering solutions or immediately notifying the appropriate individual(s) to ensure customer satisfaction Receive all merchandise shipments, reviewing for completeness and consistently noting all exceptions Report all stock outages or quantity discrepancies to parts manager Learning new product and technical information to stay proficient in automotive parts Qualifications We are looking for someone who is high energy, driven, and has proven customer service skills.
A successful candidate will be highly detail-oriented with solid organizational and time-management skills, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with strong customer service and active-listening abilities.
