Programs through consolidated data analysis, maintaining data storage and access by crafting databases and modifying ingeniously developed database systems specific to Delivery and Inventory Management.
This role is expected to build an efficient and effective data analytical approach to drive cross-functional business insights.
This role will promote a collaborative, data-driven environment and promoting Planning and Fulfillment excellence.
This role will be Hybrid (Onsite/remote) in Tarboro, NC and may require up to 50% travel to other facilities This role does not provide visa sponsorship now or in the future How will you do it Perform statistical analysis, build predictive models, and formulate decision models that relate operational activities to business results Responsible for engaging with IT partners to best manage their defined components.
Responsible to design, develop and deploy KPI's in support of all functional areas in the Planning and Fulfillment organization.
Define programming requirements and develop systems which reinforce and encourage data based decisions to drive value stream enhancement and continuous improvement.
Responsible to maintain and develop reports, databases and systems that interact with different ERP's and Business Intelligence databases.
Critically evaluate information gathered from various sources and break down high-level information into details, summarizing the findings to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs Ability to communicate effectively with global teams to develop data analytics and facilitate interaction with business teams within the supply chain.
Maintains effective working relationship and communication with plant personnel, and operations support organization.
Support ongoing MRP implementation activities and identify implementation strategies with multi-functional teams and Plant Ops.
Travel up to 50% of the time What we look for Required A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Data Analytics or a related field is required.
Business Analytics studies desirable, but not required.

years Supply Chain Management experience Experience in manufacturing environment Proven analytical skills, with a keen ability to synthesize diverse ideas/inputs into a cohesive story Previous knowledge of MRP and basic supply chain principles.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office products including Excel (VLOOKUP, PIVOT, SUMIF, GRAPH), SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, SQL, PowerBI or equivalent tools Strong English communication skills, written and oral communication, including group facilitation, and presentation skills Demonstrable skills in analyzing, planning, judgment and decision making.
Ability to work well under high stress and in the growing environment.
Ability to make sound decisions based on the data.
Ability to handle conflicting requests.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills - able to work effectively across various leadership levels and styles Ability to build rapport, cultivate working relationships and drive collaboration across cross-functional teams.
Resourceful self-starter who can work with minimal direction.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
