Primary responsibilities and duties:
Review RED PICKS DAILY, contact supplier, and update Red Pick List with expedite status.
Review MRP (Mass ordering report), confirm, and submit purchase orders to supplier via email, fax, on-line (includes credit card orders.
) Confirm purchase order receipt, delivery and pricing.
Develop vendor relationship to review open purchase orders, receiving estimated shipping date and/or arrival date and pricing issues.
Maintain pricing in system.
Communicate delivery status to internal personnel.
Review and update the following purchasing reports:
Unsent POs, Not Confirmed, Past Due Orders, Partial Receipts, and Open Dropships.
Review Prevent Report, expedite purchase orders, and update purchase order status notes.
Coordinate with Shipping and Receiving Associate to ensure that all vendor defects and production damages are properly processed and determine the need for a return purchase order.
Process Indirect Materials Shop Supply Sheets
Qualifications:
At least two years in a purchasing/inventory management BSBA degree preferred Time management and organizational skills Ability to maintain a consistent teamwork mentality Quick Apply.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
